§§§ This is what the German Law says about Links §§§
By a judgement of May 12th 1998, the Regional Superior Court of Hamburg decided, that by placing a link one has to take responsibility for the ingredients of the linked homepage if necessary. This can only be avoided by - quote Regional Superior Court - that one dissociates oneself explicitely from the ingredients.
We placed links to other homepages in the Internet on different pages of this homepage. For all those links applies: We explicitely emphasize that we do not have any influence on the ingredients and presentation of the linked pages. Therefore we herewith dissociate ourselves explicitely from all ingredients of all linked pages and do not agree with the ingredients. This statement applies for all links placed on our homepage.
